    Senior Santa deadline extended
Due to the overwhelmingly positive response, Cobb Senior Services is extending the deadline for donations and "adoptions" for the first Senior Santa Christmas Party. The new deadline is Tuesday, Dec. 5. This is a chance to "adopt" a senior who may otherwise spend the holidays alone. Your $25 donation provides your "adopted" senior door-to-door transportation to the party, featuring dinner, songs, games, a visit from Santa Claus and much more. Seniors will also receive a gift bag filled with a holiday card, food, personal items and a special present. You will receive an adoption certificate with the name and picture of the senior you "adopted." For more information, contact LaTronda Perry at (770) 528-5364.
